The 10 ft length can be used for any stretch or exercise, without mounting to the wall or moving around the barres. Whether it be for daily stretching, strength training, or ballet, this barre is made for durability and lasting strength.
The frame is made of .12 gauge structural steel and weighs approximately 35 lbs. It is a powder-coated finish for durability and scratch resistance.
